Alex Ershov
Alex is an entrepreneur and mechanical engineer with a strong background in manufacturing and operations. He founded and led a production company from the ground up, gaining hands-on experience in scaling teams and improving efficiency. Alex holds an MBA from MIT Sloan and is a proud father of two children. He enjoys hockey and triathlon.
Dmitry Shikhov
Dmitry is an experienced executive with a background in B2B services and operations management. He has led large teams, streamlined business processes, and driven performance across multiple sectors. Dmitry holds an MBA from MIT Sloan. He lives with his wife and two children and has a deep interest in U.S. history.
